With a combined area of 1,359M2 the interconnecting Imperial, Trafalgar & Waterloo Suites at the award-winning National Conference Centre, part of the National Motorcycle Museum are extremely versatile and perfect for large scale events, conferences, awards ceremonies, gala dinners and weddings.
The Imperial Suite is a spectacular room with art deco styling and crystal chandeliers. It is a fully divisible space perfect for hybrid live/virtual events with direct production access via a full service lift. The Imperial benefits from an inbuilt stage, ready to go AV, as well as a stage screen, projector, stage lights, star cloth, relay monitors, fully integrated PA system, side wall uplighters which can be all operated together from the purpose built technician sound & light booth.
The Trafalgar Suite is an ideal area for conference breakouts, refreshments, pre-dinner reception drinks and associated exhibitions or as a standalone Conference suite. For larger events the ability to expand into the adjoining Waterloo Suite is an impressive addition to the already versatile free flowing areas.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and the beautiful high ceilings within all three suites really do provide the airy feel of large open space. This makes them ideal in the current circumstances surrounding social distancing and certainly allows us as a Venue to ensure that even the largest events can take place safely in the present climate.
